WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours and please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. You can also keep an eye out on your delivery or contact our Customer Experience team for any assistance you may require.

CAN I CHANGED MY ORDER ONCE ITS PLACED?

We fulfil orders quickly once your order has been confirmed. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order.

If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team by submitting a request & a member of the team will happily assist.

Due to the expedited nature of the picking and packing process, we cannot always guarantee that order(s) can be cancelled or amended. We suggest getting in touch immediately for any requested changes.

Please note, if we cannot adhere to your request, you will be responsible for any return costs of the item(s). Necessary refunds will be processed once items are back on our premises and will be confirmed via email.

I'VE RECEIVED THE INCORRECT/FAULTY ITEM(S)

If in the rare circumstance, a member of the Trim Apparel team has dispatched the incorrect item to you, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and a photo of what you have received and we'll rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. All postage costs you pay to return the incorrect item will be reimbursed.

HOW CAN AN ITEM BE RETURNED?

Please email us at support@trim-apparel.com providing us with details of your exchange or refund request.  We will send you a returns address.  As soon as we receive the item back we will immediately process your exchange or refund within 5 business days. We advise items are sent back tracked to ensure safe receipt to process any return.

I WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM BUT IT IS OUT OF STOCK, DOES THIS MEAN I HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN EXCHANGE?

Possibly, due to high demand we can on occasions be out of stock of some items. If this happens we are happy to exchange for an alternative item or provide you with a refund but we will let you know as soon as the item is back in stock.

Please wait until the time frames stated on our shipping page are complete and if your order has still not arrived email us at support@trim-apparel.com.
